"The return process itself was pretty..."
The return process itself was simple and didn’t give me any trouble, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the refund took longer than I expected, so I had mixed feelings overall.

"Fixed, but slow"
Had an issue with my order. Took way too long to sort out. They did fix it in the end, but I had to chase them a couple times. Annoying. Not terrible, just not great. I’d probably only order again if I had to.

"Parts fit just fine"
I ordered a few parts from Durkin Tactical and everything ended up fitting my build the way it was supposed to. The threads lined up well, and I didn’t run into any weird compatibility problems with the stuff I already had. Shipping was decent too. i was half expecting some unnecessary hassle, but it all went together without a headache. Happy overall.

"Pretty much exactly what I hoped for"
I ordered after checking out the photos, what showed up felt right. It looked like what I had in my head from the listing, which is always a big deal to me. The finish was clean, the parts seemed solid, and nothing gave me that weird “uh oh” feeling.
Shipping was totally fine and the packaging did what it needed to do. The whole thing was just easy, in a good way. I don’t know, it just left me with a really good feeling about Durkin Tactical, and I’d order from them again.

"Durkin Tactical seems legit for the most part..."
Durkin Tactical seems legit for the most part, but I lost a little trust while trying to figure things out. The site has a lot of products and the prices looked fair, but I had to dig around more than I expected before I felt comfortable even placing an order. Stuff like shipping times and return details could really be clearer. Overall it doesn’t seem sketchy, just not as reassuring as I’d like. I’d probably still order, but I’d double-check everything first...

"Pretty good updates, honestly"
I ordered from durkintactical.com and, at first, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect or even if I was checking the right things, but they kept me updated the whole time. I got emails whenever my order moved along, so I didn’t have to sit there wondering what was happening. It was simple and smooth overall, even if I was a little confused at first. No complaints from me.

I tried checking out twice and the page kept lagging on me, which was frustrating. I also didn’t see the shipping and tax details until later than I expected. I eventually got the order through, but I was expecting a faster response and a smoother checkout overall.

I didn’t expect the tracking to be that reliable, since I’ve had plenty of orders show up late even when the updates look good. But this one arrived exactly when it said it would. No hassle, the packaging was fine, and it was easy to keep an eye on the delivery the whole way

"Everything showed up just like it should"
I ordered from durkintactical.com it went smoother than a few other places I’ve bought from lately. The order was exactly right, correct items, correct quantities, and nothing was missing. The shipping box showed up in good shape too. Straightforward experience, but that’s really all I was hoping for. No issues at all.

"Way more options than I expected"
My first impression was wow, they have a lot more listed than I thought they would. I ended up finding a few parts I couldn’t seem to track down on other sites, which was a nice surprise. The site was easy enough to browse too, so I’m happy giving it 5 stars.

Customer service was actually helpful, like once I got through to someone they sorted things out quickly and were easy to deal with. I did have to wait a bit before that, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal in the end since they got me taken care of.

The site was easy to browse, but something felt a little off when so many of the parts I actually wanted were marked out of stock. It’s frustrating to find the right item and then realize you can’t buy it after all. I might check back another time, but for now it didn’t really help me much
